We are recruiting Choir Leaders for groups in London, UK
Pram Chorus is a daytime community choir for parents, where they bring their babies/toddlers. Groups meet on various mornings and locations in South London and Sheffield to learn a wide variety of mainly a capella music in diverse genres in 3-6 part harmony, all taught by ear. Rehearsals are for 1 hour. The leader will need to liaise closely with founder/MD Ruth Routledge and be sympathetic to the needs of members (new parents), able to focus in a potentially noisy environment and be extremely effective at teaching quickly by ear. The role is suitable for a musician/parent looking for daytime work which fits around family life. To apply please send your CV, a short covering email and a brief video of you leading a rehearsal (10mins max, phone-quality or youtube link is fine).
